This paper presents an improved result on the problem of 𝐻∞ analysis for networked control systems (NCSs) under the event-triggered communication scheme. The contribution of this paper has two aspects: (1)an improved method is proposed to calculate the maximum allowable number of successive packet losses (MANSPL)- 𝑑𝑀𝐴𝑁𝑆𝑃𝐿 with less conservative condition;(2)then, a stability theorem is presented for NCSs considering both the communication delays and packet losses. Finally, examples are used to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method.
